  • To be held the Third Wednesday of the month. This committee will evaluate the current franchisee landscape for opportunities which are of critical importance to short and long-term success. We will gather necessary data, possible solutions, and promote these through engagement with the Franchisor. Feedback from members and other committees will be frequently evaluated to ensure properly prioritize our initiatives.
  • Held on the Third Thursday of each month. This committee will evaluate the current franchisee National Marketing Fund landscape in search of opportunities that will assist elevate the CPR marketing to industry-leading levels. We will gather necessary data on what the NAF is currently being spent on and the results we are currently experiencing at the store level in the hopes of finding solutions that benefit the entire CPR network. Thorough market research alongside feedback from franchisees will hopefully provide us with the data needed to show the Franchisor our intentions are good and our efforts even better.
  • The committee will look for new relationships that would enhance our portfolio by increasing profitability and reducing costs while being transparent to other franchisees as well as the franchisor.
